The aim of the School is to provide quality education to poor students in rural area at the concessional fees. considering the advantages & demerit in all respect especially capability of guardians we established this Academy as residential school with a view to train up from nursery to Upper Class. we view to increase growth in percentage of literacy among Tribal community. we have experience that many guardian could not provide quality education to their children sending out because of financial constraint. another aim of the school to give the children a sound physical, intellectual, moral and spiritual educational based on Christian faith and practices. meanwhile, peace, equality, dignity, fraternity and development within oneself will always be the emphasis of the school in the areas of activities.
We always emphasis to give batter teaching to our student with taking proper care of standard monitoring from nursery stage. in order to equip and stable both mental & physical we use hostel student in sport, self service and trains to be self help in their next social life and bring them up so that every student can stand and since in their family life. our main resource is school fees and hostel fees collection from student's. we receive few grant from Sadar North Baptist Association as managerial subsidy for maintaining hostel we receive stipend from govt. and ration regularly. for providing safety and secure we contract staff quarter for the residential teacher for constant overseeing over hostel student.
